This situations need to be measured when starting e-business projects in-order to influence upcoming initiatives. For corporation to generate customer value, corporations ought to focus on the needs of all customers including market sectors and businesses. For example, the needs of establishments such as Cisco Systems, or Dell Inc. are generally determined by specific industry guidelines; thus, e-business involving the New Clear industry will be different. However, within customer segment, organizations should implement a process that will support the needs of individuals that make decisions (Mitsloan, 2015). E-business value can be extended, considering the desires of other stakeholders besides customers. T he value chain of companies such as suppliers, distributors and shipping partners influence the value proposition of e-business initiatives. The internal structures of corporations is normally with their relations with stakeholders. For example, a computer company may be formed with workstations, servers, printers and imaging and storage devices (Mitsloan, 2015) with each having their own supply chains and partners.
